October - December 2008
Hello Everyone!
We’ve had a busy time at South West Locums since the last update, so here’s a brief run down of events!
October
October was a very busy month, and we’re proud to say that we were helping to keep a lot of the pharmacies in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset open for business!
We also welcomed four new locum pharmacists to our ever expanding team, and also two more national companies now ask for our assistance in helping to provide pharmacist cover.
November
November was an exciting, as well as a busy month, and we welcomed more new locum pharmacists to our team.
Congratulations to our friends, Christoph and Liesel, who were married in November. They have kindly allowed us to include a photograph of them on their special day, and we would like to wish them every happiness for the future.
December
December was an international month!
As well as England, Wales and Scotland, we’ve now had enquiries from all over the world, including Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, and even Australia!
Many of you have asked about training events which may be available for locum pharmacists to attend. In response to this, we have now introduced a link to the LPC website, which lists events, newsletters, forums, etc. You will find the link on our contacts page, and we hope you will find this useful.
‘The Pharmacists Feedback’ column has also been updated with your comments.
We appreciate your feedback, and also what you would like to see going forward. We are working hard to provide the website that you want to see when you log on to southwestlocums.com!
We’d like to say hello to Dave and Anne, in Cornwall, and hope your grandchildren have managed to teach you how to work the computer!!
